Your data, explained.

Last updated: 1 May 2026 · Effective immediately

The short version: Unigra barely knows you exist. You can use every free tool without giving us anything. The only time we collect your email is when you choose to unlock a Pro feature or reserve your spot on the waitlist — and even then, we hold it with care, use it only to keep you informed, and delete it the moment you ask.

1. What we collect — and what we don't

Most tools on the internet quietly collect far more than they admit. We want to be the opposite of that. Here is the complete list of what Unigra collects:

What we do not collect: We do not collect your name, location, or any demographic information. We do not track your behaviour across other websites. We do not use advertising pixels, third-party trackers, or behavioural analytics of any kind. The text you type into Unigra's tools is never sent to our servers — all processing happens in your browser.

2. What lives on your device, not ours

Several things Unigra remembers about you are stored entirely on your own device — in your browser's local storage. We have no access to this data. It does not leave your device. It includes:

Clearing your browser's local storage resets all of this. That's entirely in your control.

3. How we use your email — and how we don't

If you give us your email address, it is used for one purpose: keeping you informed about Unigra. Specifically:

Your email will never be sold to any third party. It will never be used for advertising. It will never be shared with any partner, sponsor, or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. There are no exceptions to this.

4. Where your email is stored

Email submissions on Unigra are handled by Formspree (formspree.io), a form processing service based in the United States. When you submit your email, it is transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers, governed by their own Privacy Policy. We chose Formspree because it is a trusted, privacy-respecting service — but we want you to know it exists.

We do not have our own database of user emails beyond what Formspree holds on our behalf.

5. Your rights

Whether you are based in India (covered by the DPDP Act 2023), the EU or UK (covered by GDPR), or anywhere else in the world, you have the same rights with us:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@unigra.io with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your email on the Pro waitlist for as long as Pro has not launched, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Once Pro launches, anyone who has not converted to a paid plan will have their email deleted within 90 days. Active subscribers' data is retained for as long as their subscription is active plus a reasonable period to handle any disputes.

7. A note on children

Unigra is not designed for or directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted an email address through Unigra, please contact us immediately at hello@unigra.io and we will delete it without delay.

8. Updates to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way — for example, if we start using a new data processor or change how we communicate with you — we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will email anyone on our waitlist to notify them. Continuing to use Unigra after a policy update means you accept the updated version.

9. Common privacy questions

Does Unigra save the text I type into the tools?
No. Everything you type stays in your browser. Nothing is transmitted to any server. Your content is yours alone.
Does Unigra use Google Analytics or advertising trackers?
Unigra uses Google Analytics 4 for basic, anonymous traffic measurement (page visits, country, browser type). No advertising trackers, Facebook pixels, or behavioural profiling tools are used.
If I clear my browser data, what happens?
All your local preferences — dark mode setting, saved favourites, recently copied styles, and your "already signed up" flag — are reset. You will not lose any account or paid access, since Unigra does not currently use accounts.
Is Unigra GDPR compliant?
Yes. Unigra collects minimal data, uses it only for the stated purpose, and gives you the right to access, correct, and delete it at any time. We are also aligned with India's DPDP Act 2023.
