Yes, completely. All Unicode-styled text, AI-generated hooks, formatted bios, and captions you create using Unigra are entirely your content. Unigra makes no claim over any outputs produced with its tools. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes.

What happens to my Pro waitlist pricing when Unigra launches?

The pricing you lock in when joining the Pro waitlist is honoured when Pro officially launches — but only for the email address you submitted. Pricing locks are non-transferable. New sign-ups after launch may be charged at the standard rate.

What is Unigra's refund policy?

Unigra Pro is not yet launched — no payment has been taken. When Pro launches, refund terms will be published alongside the pricing. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and carries no payment obligation.

Q: Is Unigra free to use?

Yes. Unigra's free tier gives you access to all 35 Unicode font styles, free use of each formatting tool, and the Hook Generator at 1 free generate per day (3 per day with email signup) — all without creating an account or providing payment information.

Q: Can I use Unigra to create content for clients?

Yes. You can use Unigra-generated content for client work, commercial projects, or any professional purpose. The outputs belong to you. The only restrictions are on automated/bulk generation, reproducing Unigra's tools themselves, or using outputs for spam or harmful content.

1. Using Unigra

By opening any page on unigra.io — including the font styler, bio formatters, hook generator, caption tools, or any other tool — you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, the right thing to do is stop using the service.

These terms apply to everyone: casual free users, Pro waitlist members, future paying subscribers, and anyone accessing the site from any country.

2. The free tier — what you get and what's expected

Unigra's free tier is real. You get access to 35 Unicode font styles, free use of each tool, and the Hook Generator at 1 free generate per day (3 per day with email signup) — all without signing up, creating an account, or providing any payment information.

In return, fair use is expected. The free tier is built for individual creators using the tools for their own content. It is not intended for:

Automated or scripted bulk generation of text outputs
Building a competing product using Unigra's tools or outputs as a foundation
Commercial redistribution of Unigra-generated content without attribution
Any use that degrades service performance for other users

Free tier limits (number of uses, styles available) may change over time. We will not reduce limits without reasonable notice.

3. Pro access and pricing

Pro is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and reserves your early-access pricing. When Pro launches:

A subscription or one-time payment will be required for continued access to Pro features
The pricing locked in at waitlist signup is honoured — but only for the email address submitted
Pricing lock-ins are non-transferable and cannot be applied to a different account or email
We reserve the right to update Pro pricing for new sign-ups after launch, without affecting existing locked-in rates

Pro features include: unlimited Hook Generator use and access to every tool we release going forward. All 35 Unicode styles are free for everyone.

4. Your content is yours

Everything you create using Unigra belongs entirely to you. The Unicode-styled text you generate, the LinkedIn hooks the AI writes for you, the formatted bios and captions — all of it is your content. Unigra makes no claim over any output produced using its tools.

You are free to use any Unigra-generated content for personal or commercial purposes — in posts, client work, marketing materials, publications, or anywhere else. No attribution to Unigra is required (though always appreciated).

5. Unigra's intellectual property

While your outputs are yours, everything that makes Unigra work is ours. The brand name "Unigra", the site design, the tool interfaces, the codebase, and all original copy are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or repurposed without explicit written permission from Unigra.

This specifically means you may not: build a competing product that replicates Unigra's design or functionality; white-label or resell Unigra's tools as your own; or use Unigra's brand assets in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.

6. What you must not use Unigra for

Unigra is built for creators making real content. The following uses are not permitted under any circumstances:

Generating spam, phishing messages, fake reviews, or deceptive social media content
Creating content designed to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame any person or organisation
Using the Hook Generator or any AI feature to produce discriminatory, hateful, or unlawful content
Circumventing usage limits through technical workarounds, browser manipulation, or multiple accounts
Scraping, crawling, or making automated requests to Unigra in a way that affects service availability

Violation of these terms may result in access being restricted without notice.

7. AI-generated content — your responsibility

The Hook Generator uses the Anthropic Claude API to produce LinkedIn hooks and post openers. The outputs are suggestions, not facts. Unigra does not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of any AI-generated text.

Before publishing any AI-generated hook or copy, you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, tone, and appropriateness for your audience. Unigra is not liable for any professional, reputational, or legal consequences that result from publishing AI-generated content without review.

8. Service availability

Unigra is a small, independently run product. We aim for consistent availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be updated, paused, or changed at any time. If a significant change affects Pro features, we will notify waitlist members in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unigra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including loss of data, revenue, business opportunity, or reputation. Our maximum total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you have paid to Unigra in the 12 months preceding that claim, or ₹500 (whichever is greater), if you have not paid anything.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of Unigra shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you access Unigra from another country, you remain responsible for compliance with your local laws.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the product evolves — for example, when Pro launches or new tools are added. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Unigra after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Common questions about these terms

    Can I use Unigra to create content for clients or for commercial work?

    Yes. Everything you generate using Unigra belongs to you and can be used for any purpose — personal or commercial — including client work, marketing campaigns, and paid content creation.

    Can I build a tool or product using Unigra's code or design?

    No. Unigra's codebase, design, interfaces, and brand are proprietary. You may not replicate, white-label, or redistribute them. Your outputs from using the tools are yours — but the tools themselves are not.

    What happens if Unigra shuts down — do I lose my Pro pricing?

    Pro has not launched yet, so no payment has been taken. If the service is ever discontinued before Pro launches, there is nothing to refund. We will notify waitlist members in advance of any major changes to the service.

    Is the Hook Generator output AI-generated? Am I responsible for it?

    Yes, the Hook Generator uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate suggestions. The outputs are starting points, not finished copy. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated text before publishing it publicly.
